  • Service Commencement and Refunds: All service orders are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available once work has commenced.

  • Work and Communication: All developers work from our secure office. All communication is managed through our project managers via WhatsApp and email.

  • Third-Party Costs: The client is solely responsible for all costs associated with third-party resources (themes, plugins, APIs, developer accounts, hosting, etc.).

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for our services.

  • Client Conduct: Abusive or threatening behavior will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.

  • Project Time Estimates: Time estimates are not guaranteed timelines. Custom projects typically require a minimum of 1000-10000 hours. Template-based projects require a minimum of 50 hours.

  • Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt to ensure the continuation of work. Accepted methods include RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.

  • Post-Project Support: We provide a 7-day period of complimentary post-launch support. Further support is subject to additional charges.
