Job Description: Unreal Engine Game Developer

Associative is a premier software development firm headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. Established in 2021, we are a team of dedicated innovators and IT professionals specializing in everything from Cloud Gaming and AI to Blockchain and Immersive Technologies.

We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Unreal Engine Game Developer to join our growing internal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to kickstart their career by building immersive worlds, interactive simulations, and contributing to our flagship R&D project, NexusReal.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Fresher (Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in game development).

  • Education: Any Graduate.

  • Technical Interest: Knowledge or projects involving Unreal Engine 5, C++, or Blueprints.

  • Mandatory: Must have your own laptop for work.

  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

What We Offer

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.

  • Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office (Lohegaon-Wagholi Road).

  • Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • Stability: Work directly for a registered software development company, not an agency.
