Cloud Hosting (AWS or GCP): Approximately $250 to $500 USD (₹20,000 to ₹40,000 INR) per month. This is an estimated average for a standard enterprise deployment, covering load balancing, managed PostgreSQL, auto-scaling instances, and object storage. Costs will scale dynamically based on your user traffic.
Messaging API (OTP/SMS): Approximately $30 to $50 USD (₹2,500 to ₹4,000 INR) per month. Estimated for startup volume; billed per message by your chosen providers like MSG91 or Twilio.
Email Gateway (SMTP): Free up to 10,000 emails per month via platforms like Brevo or SendGrid, and scalable thereafter.
First Year (Months 1-12): 100% FREE Maintenance and Support is included in the core cost. This covers routine bug fixes, server monitoring, and OS security patches.
Second Year Onwards: An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is available at 15% to 20% of the base project cost to cover ongoing updates, platform support, and technical maintenance.

Although the core product is 100% completed, an enterprise-grade deployment requires extensive client-specific customization. The deployment will be executed over an 18-to-24-week timeline.

To protect the integrity of the bespoke architecture, the project is governed by strict legal frameworks:
Master Service Agreement (MSA): Explicitly defines severe financial penalties for reverse engineering, code extraction, or unauthorized distribution.
Source Code Ownership: Associative retains full intellectual property (IP) and source code ownership of the core architecture until final handover.
EULA & App Store Licensing: Repackaging, reselling, or white-labeling the application to third parties is strictly prohibited.
License Definition: Delivery is strictly classified as a “Single-Entity, Non-Transferable, Non-Sublicensable Lifetime License for Internal Business Operations.”
Compiled Binaries & Web Builds: Clients receive the compiled .apk/.aab and .ipa binaries for their own business use, along with a minified, obfuscated production build of the React web application bound to their authorized domain.
API Whitelisting: Hardcoded, encrypted API tokens ensure the apps can only communicate with the client’s registered domain.
To successfully begin the project customization and generate formal agreements, we require the following details: Full Name, Company Name, GST Number (for ITC), Mobile/WhatsApp Number, Email ID, and Complete Postal Address.
Policies & Payment Terms:
Payment: 50% Advance Payment at project initiation; 50% Remaining Balance due at the final handover and App Store submission.
Modes: RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, PayPal, and International Bank Wire Transfers.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the immediate allocation of engineering resources for server setup and brand customization, once an order is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Support SLA: All technical support queries will be addressed within 72 hours during standard working days via WhatsApp chat or Email.
